As you surf your favorite websites, you probably notice dozens, and maybe even hundreds of different fonts. If you look up to Pressto’s navigation menu, you’ll notice that we have a custom font of our own!
Yet, when you access the “Design” settings for your WordPress theme, you see only a few options, standard fonts like “Georgia,” “Trebuchet MS” and “Times New Roman.”
Even if you’ve dabbled in basic HTML and CSS coding, you’ve probably realized that Web browsers support a very limited range of fonts. Putting in the name of your favorite font is pointless if it isn’t listed among the HTML standard fonts.
Or is it?
Well, I have good news and I have bad news. The good news is that there’s a coding loophole which allows you to display basically any font on your WordPress blog or website.
The bad news? Unless you’re quite adept at coding, executing the loophole — which is known as an “@font-face declaration” — can prove difficult or even impossible.
Thankfully, we here at Pressto are extremely adept at coding, and installing custom fonts on your WordPress blog or website is easy for us. Just let us know the name(s) of the font(s) you want and, for $22 per font, we’ll do the coding handiwork that ensures your visitors see the fonts you want.
Yes, you read that right: Pressto will allow you to display any font you want on your WordPress blog or website.
Just click the button below to be taken to our order form, where you can specify your blog’s name and the fonts you want. Don’t know the name of the font? Just provide us with a link to the website where you saw it, and we’ll get you squared away!
